1. The service
Parakh is a software service that compares your registers with GST portal returns and reports differences. It is a tool to assist your team and your tax professionals. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for the returns you file and the credit you claim.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and authorised to bind your organisation. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your accounts. The workspace owner controls who has access.
3. Your data
You own the data you upload. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice and data processing addendum. You confirm you have the right to upload it, including any personal data of suppliers or customers.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Parakh to send unsolicited email, upload malware, probe or overload the service, access another workspace, or resell it without our written consent. Supplier follow-up emails must relate to genuine transactions.
5. Plans, payment and taxes
Plans are prepaid monthly or yearly through Razorpay. Prices exclude GST, which is charged as applicable and shown on your tax invoice. Plans do not auto-renew. When a plan or trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only; see the privacy notice for deletion of unconverted trials.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is by email at support@parakh.in.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including interest, penalties or credit denied in tax proceedings, which depend on your filings and decisions.
8. Termination
You can stop using Parakh and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonable. On termination you can export your data for 30 days unless you deleted it.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We will give 30 days' notice by email of material changes. Continuing to use Parakh after that means you accept them.
