- First payment: ask within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Yearly plans: cancel within 30 days of payment for a refund of the unused months, less one month.
- Monthly renewals are not refunded, as there is no auto-renewal: you only pay when you choose to.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days, and we issue a GST credit note.
- If your payment was debited but the plan didn't activate, it is either activated automatically within minutes or refunded in full.
